Introduction

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that COGNITIO LABS may hold in connection with this public website and communications initiated from it. COGNITIO LABS is a sole proprietorship based in India. PSPONE is a product of COGNITIO LABS.

What These Instructions Cover

This public website does not include a user account system or an automated in-product deletion interface. Personal information may still be provided if you contact COGNITIO LABS by email, telephone, or WhatsApp, for example when requesting a demo or sending a business inquiry.

These instructions apply to that website-related information. Enterprise use of PSPONE by pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, and patient service providers is governed by the applicable client agreement. This page does not replace those agreements.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, contact COGNITIO LABS using one of the methods below. Email is the preferred method because it creates a written record of the request.

1. Send an email to jayant.singh@pspone.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
2. Or call +91 7678244515 and state that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.
3. Or send a WhatsApp message to the published Cognitio Labs WhatsApp contact and state that you are requesting deletion of your personal data.

Please include enough information for COGNITIO LABS to identify the records that relate to you.

What to Include in Your Request

To help locate and delete the relevant information, include:

• your full name;
• your organization, if you contacted us on behalf of a business;
• the email address, telephone number, or WhatsApp number you used;
• the approximate date of your inquiry, demo request, or other communication, if known;
• a brief description of the personal data you want deleted.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

After receiving a deletion request, COGNITIO LABS will:

• confirm receipt of the request where contact details allow;
• identify personal information associated with your website inquiry or related communications;
• delete that information from records under the control of COGNITIO LABS, unless retention is required for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons;
• notify you when the request has been processed, if a reply address or number is available.

This public website does not specify a fixed processing period. COGNITIO LABS will handle deletion requests as part of ordinary business communications.

Information That May Not Be Deleted Through This Process

Some information is outside the control of this website implementation or is governed by a separate arrangement:

• messages, call records, or account data held by third-party communication providers such as WhatsApp, email, or telephone services;
• technical hosting logs that may be processed by the environment used to serve this website;
• personal data processed inside an enterprise PSPONE deployment, which is subject to the applicable client agreement and program configuration.
